Return Eligibility

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless defective.

  • Custom-made or special order items.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@serverpartss.com to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra charge.
